What a wholesale backpack manufacturer has to prove is that the bags are made rather than bought. Backpacks are built in a 3,000 m² plant with over 100 staff and 98 machines across 17 equipment types; the ones that decide whether a pack survives are the computerised pattern sewing and bartack machines that set strap junctions and stress points, the automatic and laser cutters that keep panel pairs consistent across a run, and the in-house tensile tester that loads a finished strap before the run ships. Capacity is up to 100,000 units per month, amfori BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified. Core customer orders and premium products are built in-house; selected simpler products run at qualified partner facilities, and which applies to your programme is confirmed in the quotation.

These briefs need different patterns, padding and reinforcement rather than a single feature list applied to every backpack.
Compare the selected model using external and usable internal dimensions, fabric and lining, foam, straps, base construction, zippers and pocket layout. Request a sample of the exact configuration before approving branding and packaging. Special hardware and materials are confirmed for the order rather than assumed from a general catalog description.
Sampling normally takes 3–7 days after requirements, materials, files and sample payment are confirmed. Light customization typically takes 15–30 days and heavy customization 20–45 days after production-start conditions are met. Include your required delivery date so sample approval, production and shipping can be planned together.
